Front idler wheels-Bent rail tab.

So... i bent the tab the holds the front idler wheel on the very front of the rail. Rails are not cracked, the wheels just now sit at an angle. I want to bend back/repair this tab but just want some input on best method. I have heat(torches) but am very hesitant with aluminum as it puddles in seconds if not carful.

So to those that have bent this small tab where the bolt goes thru... what did you do to repair????
