Fuel controller push turbo

I have a older push turbo fuel controller with an injector plug. It doesn't plug into the injector as the Dobeck site shows. Any idea do I need to use this plug?

I ran it around and pushing 8 lbs boost. Gonna take it up again and see if I mess with controller settings if I can tell that it runs different. It had no stutter and ran great didn't push too hard to get to boost much.

It is the gen 3 controller.
