We have a SR Viper in our group with a MPI trail turbo. It ran great all weekend long. When we finished trailering it home to put it away, we started it up and it idled for 15 seconds and then died. When it died, it sounded as though a liquid started sloshing/filling somewhere but no leak on the ground. When trying to crank the primary over by hand, it could not be done. We then pulled out the spark plugs and fuel was everywhere and then the engine was able to turn over by hand again. Any thoughts as to what happened and what has to be fixed before attempting to start it again?

All 3 cylinders had fuel locking it up which makes me want to rule out injector issues. We pulled the first two plugs and rotated the motor. Fuel poored out and then it locked back up because the pto cylinder still had the plug in it. We then took that plug out and the fuel poored out of that and the motor freed up.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Unless it has an ECU or wiring issue that is commanding the injectors to be open when the key is turned on.
It would be easy to test for this though by disconnecting the injectors, then connect a noid or test light to injector connector and turn the key on. The light should be off, with key on engine not cranking.

The plot thickens...

We went to take off the air filter that sits above the clutch guard and Oil started pouring out. Did a seal let loose? Any thoughts?

Sounds like the sled was either on its side Or The air oil Separator box is frozen. This would explain the oil in the intake tube but it doesn't explain why all three cylinders were filled up with gas?

The sled has not been on its side since properly running so I would assume the Air Oil Separator box was frozen? As far as the cylinders, I will have to verify if it was gas or oil in the cylinders but it was locked.

That would be my guess as well.
If it was hydro-locked due to oil, there should be a fairly oily mess left over from when you pulled the plugs and turned it over. If it was fuel, then most of it should have evaporated, leaving behind only a light oily residue.
