Fully clipped Ripsaw 2 with 1" lug have quiet lugs?

I've look at all the places selling it and no one has pictures of the inside to confirm it doesn't have quiet lugs or list them. Just want to make sure it doesn't. I would assume it doesn't since it's sold for all brands and quiet lug is an AC thing.

I know north of the border from Royal Distributing they don't come with quiet pads. Like you said I believe the quiet pads are a Cat thing.
