Fx Nitro RTX set up

hey guys I have a new to me 2008 FX Nitro rtx and i am looking for a basic set up to start with, as what the toe out should be, approx shock pressure the basic misc stuff for the suspension.

i weigh about 180 pounds and ride in northen Maine 90% trail about 10% off trail

any help would be great
