The vent nipple broke off flush on my gas tank. Any fixes out there? Do they sell like a self tapping nipple?

the last one i had an issue like that on i used a rubber grommet fitting that doo uses on their filters on the bottom of the tank.

I ended up using a threaded brass fitting. Works so far. Thanks!
