Gauge pods?

I am building a custom Nytro style chassis and will have 2 gauges 2-1/16 in size and I am looking for options to mount them to the bars and get a clean look. I know CR racing make one for the 2-5/8 gauge. Any ideas are welcome. Thanx

You could also try giving Dave @ Powderlites a call. He doesn't make any pods, but has a variety of bar mounting plates.

I am making this out of a water jet to mount on the bar risor clamp and hold 3 gauges. I will also get 3 cheap plastic cups to hide the back of the gauge.

No I wont this is a one off Im not selling them. When I get it mounted I will get some picts up. It will be bent at a 40 degree angle better viewing. Should work good.

Kinger - that is a darn pretty good looking mounting with the tuning fork....great work. Do you have a pic of it on your sled?

CR-racing bar mount system can be used with both sizes. You just by autometer mounting cups. I have both sizes on my cr-Racing setup (boost guage is 2 5/8 and afr guage is 2 1/16)

There is no problem switching the cr-Racing mounting system around and have them on the other side of the handle bars. - especially if you want to keep speedo in stock location

where do you get the rubber boots that cover the back of the gauges?

They came with either the guages or mounting cups - I can't remember - sorry

Still in mock up phase before powdercoat and paint. I also dont have the 45 degree angle in it yet so I can see it LOL
