Gns enterprises system on rx1 will it work

Any guys out there run this system on the rx1 I am about to buy it from a guy for a rx1 race sled that i am building. Thing is I no nothing about it, I’m planning on running 32-34 pounds of boost range and looking to build boost off the line. Guys tell me it will work with carbs others say only apex with efi. Anybody out there with some info they like to share or know anyone that had this system thanks
