grinding noise

The chain case bearings are actually pilot bearings for transport clutches in an rx. Did not know that until I took it apart. You should be able to get them at any heavy truck parts store or bearing supply house. Sry I do not have the #'s handy as I threw them out right after the job was done.

You do not have to go to a dealer for quality replacement bearings. Do a search for bearing suppliers and just pick a good quality bearing from them, They usually cost a little more than cheaper bearings. The key words are "Made in China" = JUNK.

No argument from me Judge. Tired that route and the regional bearing houses' prices were pretty much the same as the local Yami dealer. I thought they would be cheaper as well but they're not.....unless you can get some type of discount from them.

Well if you cant find them any cheaper then I would go with Port Yamaha and Kevin. At least you will get a little bit of a break buying from there. Call Kevin and just tell him what you need and what you are doing it to and he will set you up with everything you will need. He will not send you the wrong parts unless you give him the wrong info on the sled you need these for. :sled1:
