usually there are eccentrics for ajustment where they mount on the frame at least on cars and trucks there is. on a bike it might be fixed (solid) so you might have to make some new brkts to weld on.

You may have a slightly bent A arm. Or the frame on that side may be tweaked. I don't think it has to be a major bend to put things off.

well.. i don't have the time or money to do anything big. so i was wondering if it would be harmful to the 4wheeler if i didn't do anything to fix it..?
