hacksaw track

1 ply I had one on a srx and did not like it . was like sled had to much power for track

That track is junk unless your sled has less then 80hp.

I had one with so many freaking studs and still couldn't get it too hook up.

put on the Kimpex shotgun 2. It is cheaper than the rip saw. Pre drilled and re-inforced for 144 studs. 1-1/4" will out hole shot the ripsaw and I put 4,000 miles on the one on the stroked RApex and it never had a mark on it or lost a single stud. I did bend or snap them off at the nuts but never pulled 1 through. I put another one on the 05 rx-1 and it looks like new

Wow. I just asked about this exact same track in another topic yesterday and all the feedback was positive.

WTF????

I Just looked through there now didn't know the code name of the track so I never opened the thread.

I have had one I hated every bloody minute of it and I really wanted it to work, had 196 studs in it and it was not enough track under my SC power.

Going from the cobra you have will not care about the top speed on the trail when you spin all day long, no braking, and SOFT.

Just my opinion though try it for yourself and see.

Well I'm glad I didn't rush to order one, that's for sure. Not sure what the right answer is now. I don't do a lot of racing from a dead stop. Most of my messing around is from a rolling 50MPH start. I was hoping this track would give me a better trail ride with the 121 - 128 stretch and give me a bit more top end at the same time.

I guess I can't have my cake and eat it too. Crap! lol

Im under the impression theres a one ply and a two ply....I know cat oem has one and I believe its a two ply...lots of z1 turbos running them canada

Recommendations ? Apex

My 12,000km ripsaw is starting to pull studs frequently. Want to stretch mine to 128" next year. What do you recommend for a track. Aggressive grommed trail and lake rider in Muskoka Ont. Not deep snow at all. Would like some good top end speed as well. May supercharge next year as well so need fully open clip design as I will be installing new external drivers when I pull the track
thanks

im partial...the arctic cat 2 ply hacksaw with serious studs is the best top to bottom...Ive heard guys gaining as much as 8 mph on the top aplples to apples... (p.m. sledfreak on here he can attest) I might have one for sale if I trade sleds...

What is the 1.25 inch hacksaw Arctic Cat lists in their 2012 spec sheet for the tubo LXR???
