I was curious if anyone here knows who this guy is that posts on the Phazer Forum of Hardcore sledder?

His screen name is "ISTHATAHEMI" He's got over 900 posts and started posting when he purchased an '07 phazer when they came out.

I truly think he had a combination of a lemon phazer, normal known issues with the '07 and just plain beat the crap out of his sled. He ranted into great detail about his poor experience and would not quit bitching about the sled even after he finally sold it.

Since giving it up and moving on to SkiDoo, he trolls the phazer forum and slams what he calls "Gayzers" on a regular basis. Now the mods watch him, and threaten banning him whenever he posts in any Yamaha forum.

This guy is one serious Douche Canoe, and I would hate for him to still represent all the other Yamaha owners.

Now he stirs the pot in many other forums on HCS. I'm so glad we are all family here with very little ill will for each other.

Yep, seen that tool b4..i think he really just over exaggerated everything..ill assume he didn't know anything about turning a wrench..

RigiTony, my 'lil instigating buddy-
LOL

Happy Holidays to the TY family :yam:

I've been a member of HCS for a long time while I had my Cats and after I purchased the Phazer switched to the Phazer forum on HCS. The guy has some serious issues with Phazers and he gave me the reason to look for and find this forum. God help us if he starts posting here. Everyone on this forum is here to help with knowledgeable people. We don't need that poison here and if he finds this forum I hope that he could be banned from our forum.

Yep, you & Mr. Hemi........

I would have to say, he put more miles on the phazer right away, and honestly ran into all the issues most of us have had. He just got to them way quicker than anyone else.

So that being said, he looked like he was just beating the crap out of his sled. And it took most of us a few more years before we ran into the same issues. That's the only defense I can give the guy. But now, in all the other forums, he still eludes to the lemon sled he had with $8,000 in warranty repairs in 16 months. He won't use the Yamaha name anymore, as the mods watch for it.

He is one of the biggest pot stirrers around.

It is very funny how many people start getting technical in any of the Yamaha forums on HCS, and finally someone just says, "go to TY and get the real answer"

yup! which is why I dont really even go there anymore. Only occasionally when I am looking for parts, or to pop into the Minnesota forum to see if ride reports and any upcoming events

He's in the Manitoba section too all the time on HCS and on F150forum.com too. It's fairly annoying I keep running into him online.

He has very strong opinions on things. I try to ignore him after I got in to an argument with him.

I love the Minnesota Forum on HCS. It's fun to see those guys on the Northshore post constantly.

When I was researching the Phazer I ran into many of his posts. To me he bought the wrong sled for the type of riding he does. Sure he did have some legitimate issues but they were either dealt with or a fix was available. Before I picked up my Phazer I had a list of "Must Do's" to the sled that I purchased and installed/changed before riding it.

Maintenance and a little TLC goes a long way. There is a huge difference between hard riding and abusing a sled.

Just my $0.02.

Ditto. Definately not a "Friendly Manitoban" :sled1:
Funny, I haven't been on for awhile here and searching the Phazer Suspension settings I ran into a pile of his posts. And some of the warnings he got ;):D
