So long story short I recently rolled my Apex and broke some stuff. The headlight cluster tabs where it bolts up broke and the plastic piece that the guage and windshield bolt to also broke. The exploded view and my parts guy say there is a big plastic piece and then two smaller caps but I don’t know where they go. Taking it apart didn’t help because there was plastic pieces everywhere from the roll. Any help is appreciated.

For starters, if the broken tabs you are referring are the same as what's highlighted then get a hold of Travis (@hibshman25 ) of Barn Of Parts has he sales a repair kit:
As for the big plastic piece (#1) and the two smaller side pieces (#5 & #4), they go over the headlight. If the larger piece is what broke since gauge pod mounted to it, you may not have damaged the side pieces and possibly can reuse. I would also hit up Travis to see if he has these parts for you as he also parts out Yamahas and there's a good chance he has these items:

Let me know if you need actual pics as I have these parts off my 08 Apex while fixing a headlight wiring issue.

Good point Pete_man26 as I didn't notice the OP's location. With the USPS being the carrier of choice for US shipments to Canada, I would be very leery of using USPS at the moment. I have a package stuck in the Columbus, OH distribution center which is less than 1.5 hours from me. Shipment was received on 1/20 but package has been pending acceptance since then and has not moved.

What parts do you need? I know I have a headlight and some other plastics kicking around.
