Headlight trouble

First I would like to say HELLO!!!

I am new to this site and this is my first post.
I have a problem with my 06 Apex RTX. One of my headlights is brighter then the other. I bought a new set and have the same problem . Can any one help with what I should be looking at?

Had to push the plug on a little further and all is good now!!
