Are there any tricks to getting the skid back in on the 141”? I am trying to use front bottom and rear middle mounting holes and it doesn’t seem like I can get enough slack in the track to line everything up.

Compress the rear shock with a ratchet strap.

If you have a rear Float shock, you can let the air out of it. Also sometimes it's easier to install with the sled laying on it's side. I usually will put a piece of carpet down to help prevent scratching the side of the sled.
You'll want to align and install the front arm bolts first, then the rear. A Phillips screw driver or punch also helps when aligning the front mounts.

If you're doing it by yourself definitely helps to have a ratchet strap to line up the rear mounting bolts.

If I put sled on it's side, which side do I have to have it on to not dump any oil out?

Oil tank side down clutch side up. that will keep the air oil separator higher than the oil level so it won't spill back out through the vent.
