Help! Mysterious plastic bushing

hi guys. Went into a culvert and bent some stuff up on my 09 rtx. While disassembling the subframe I found this plastic bushing that appears to have ripped off and fell down onto the plastic removable pan on the bottom that you would remove to change the oil filter. Any idea of where this came from and what it is? I've asked a lot of friends and looked at countless parts diagrams but cannot find anything on it. Thanks

Disregard the plastic cap that fell out of the sub frame tube.
