Just installed a HID conversion kit on my 2011 Nytro and they worked great on high and low beam when in the shop. Went out to see what the trails are looking like and noticed my High beam isn't working, but low works fine. I plugged in a stock bulb to check if the problem was on the sled side, and it works properly. When switching to High, the bulb isn't moving back into the socket either like it should. Grounds look ok and all connections look good. Is the relay for High beam? If so I think it may have pooched itself.

Sounds like a wire came loose that controls the high and low setting. There should be three wires going from the ballast to bulb, red and black power the bulb, the smaller single wire is for the high/low setting...... I bet it wiggled loose under vibration.
