Radiator Guard
Installed radiator guard on Mountain Lite, put 8mm fender washers to move radiator a little behind side panel. Used perferated aluminum .032 thick 3/16" round 1/4" staggered holes with 78% air flow. formed to side panel and riveted, pictures also. 100 miles of powder riding with no overheating issues and side panel takes on no snow for ice build at bottom of cover.

Here's my fix for the rad. Nice and strong 40. gage aluminum, Ijust hope there will be enough air flow.
