Hooking up wireless brake light

I just got a new GMAX helmet with the wireless brake light accessory kit. This helmet has a light on the back and this kit makes it so when you apply the brake the helmet light illuminates. The hookup requires connecting the module by splicing into the brake light wiring. I am looking for advice on locating the wire under the hood and determining which wire is the + and - .

Not sure if it will fit, but will look into this option.

I've had the hood off of mine. I bet there is plenty oif room near the bars under the hood. just trace teh wire colors down.
