My son installed one on his Nytro and me on my Venture GT, one like this:

You have to cut the hose going from the block to the thermostat using an adapter like this:

He put his display on the handlebar center and me above the speedo. Nice little unit and works well. There is a °F version but there seems to be an issue with the threads of the included sensor according to one of the reviews:

You could replace the sensor with the proper one if it's not 1/8"NPT. I used this one as a replacement when I accidentally broke the wire on my original sensor:
