I have always just measured from the front and rear carbide stud to a straight edge or string aligned with the track and then carbide stud to carbide stud goal of neutral to 1/4 out.
I have heard others say they use center of front and back of ski, (worry about how true the plastic is) or make metal spacers of same length to slide against front and back of carbide.
What do you guys do?

Front & rear carbide studs to a straight edge against the track (after centering the track) has always worked for me. I adjust for neutral with the tips pulled in to take the slop out of the linkage which results in slightly toed out.

1) Lift the sled, align track, lower sled on floor.
2) Measure end of handlebars with a center point on the rear of sled. This will center your bars with the sled.
3) I use a very straight 14' 2X4 that is placed on top of three 1' 2X4 spacer blocks. This will lift up the 14 footer so it fits better up against the track and run the 14 footer up between the skis.
4) The same as above with bungie and measure center to center with carbide bolts.
5) Make sure handlebars stay centered throughout the process.
This is what I do. Same as above but I do center bars before adjusting skis. Good Luck

I do similar as above but pull the skis together lightly with a bungy cord. Zero or toe in is a accident waiting to happen.
