Need one like an extra hole in my head BUT gosh there is a pretty 2016 Apex XTX
for sale in PQ . $5,500. with 25,000 km on it ...
Has a double seat added maybe for the husband or wife.
Stacked with extra stuff like ski wheel kits , and scratchers.
I would really like a Viking Pro but never see one in a red/ white colour scheme.
This one is considered silver / red But I think it could be parked with my other Yams
and my wife would never notice . Maybe way down by the door ?
Just dreaming ... another 2011 with short track listed for $ 3,795.00
with 42,573 km on it .
I guess it depends on how much they have spent to get them this far and maybe
nothing left to replace .

my 11 is sitting with around 39000 km on it atm in my yard. my 16 is in garage atm (headlamp bulb failure) with 13000 km on it.

i would not be sacred of them.

at those milages, the a arm bushings will have been done and the exh dontuts at least once. around the 33000 km point, i had to re rivit the tunnel to the bulk head as i had loose rivits. battery every 3-4 years as as soon as it turns slow when warm out, it usually is toast shortly after. i put those old ones in things with pull starts to finish them off. most of my other repairs where caused by owner error/abuse.

Speaking of 2016's I recently saw another with a rod out the block. The third 2016 I know of that's done this.
Prior to the psunami in Japan, this was almost an unheard of occurance, but those subaru sourced rods!

This is particularly the reason why I've been eyeing the 2022 SRX's. With having two Anniversary Apex's, a 40th & 50th, the red/white SRX would just blend it with the others; especially if it is parked in the back.

Robx-1 ... I had another thought ... there is a 2011 , looks black for $4,900 somewhat
local tp me and 2013 listed for parting out. Might the red / white parts fit back onto the
2011 ??
I bought 40th jacket when they came out to match my sleds ... Had lots of people
wanting to buy it from me and currently it is listed in my will for one them.

the 11 that is black is most likely a 12 model year. i almost bout a 12 xtx when i bought my 11 but $ talks and the 11 was cheaper by a good amount at the time.

other than colours, 11-18 are all the same sled. there is a 13 on swap and buy near me getting parted out and i was thinking on swapping out the body pannels on my 11 as they might have a bit of wear.

2011+ would interchange where the only difference would be suspension lengths between the Apex and Apex XTX.

Curiously enough, what was surprising for @maim and I to learn was that a SingleShot suspension from a 16-18 Apex XTX will bolt right up to a 2011 Apex XTX tunnel WITHOUT having to relocate the suspension. Conversely, this would mean an owner of a 16-18 Apex XTX that isn't happy/thrilled with the SingleShot suspension could swap out to prior years Apex XTX suspensions and not have to deal with moving the rear suspension brackets. Not sure if this would be applicable to just the Apex but was what we found on the XTX's.

Never had great circulation but was warned the meds for heart attack (last spring )
can affect extremities. Need to sell my 80 quadtrac cat and buy it.
Lot of money for a sled that will spend most of its life in my lineup...LOL
Gosh .. its supper time , maybe someone else will buy it quick and let
me sleep better ..
