Will the yamaha spoked idler wheels fit were the inside idler are by the shock mounts. Or are the made for just the outside of the rail. Sled is an 07 apex rtx

They will fit on the inside. I replaced all of mine with the spoked including the inside and the rear large wheels.

yep thay will.... i have replaced all my rtx wheels with the spoked... i am still looking for a 5.35" wheel with a 6005 bearing in them... if you can find this your worn out slides will go away!!!
