Chaincase cracked and leaking oil.
Have new one on order.
I just don't get it.
No failure inside case.
Must have been that dang set of g outs that bottomed out the front end at.
Landed in the face of the 4th one at speed.

Using the chaincase as part of the chassis, I've felt they were lacking in material here. I've seen a few like this.

Thanks for the offer!
I have one on order but it has not shipped yet.
We are close to the end of the season so I will ride my Nytro thru the spring riding.
My plan is to do a full teardown and rebuild of the driveline this summer.
Also ordered a new brake caliper assy.

I still want my reverse.Any thought on going to the belt drive?
Don't know how long belt drive will last trail riding and being in the elements.
I have noticed sand in my belly pan after removing muffler. Must be from dirty snow.

I run a bead of silicon along the gaps in the plastic panels where they overlay.. This helps to keep sand and crap out. If you riv nutted your lower panels you probably know where the gaps are.. I simply peel the silicon and run another bead after putting lower panels back on after oil change etc.I still want my reverse.
