Has anyone re-routed the tubing that routes into the intake, I believe it's the pcv. I've considered getting some 1/4" fuel tubing and a k&n filter on the end.
Probably put it at the bottom of the belly pan and then cap the air intake with a vacuum plug.

Are you speaking of the vent off the top of the valve cover or the oil tank?
Many people eliminate the ROV as it could blow the seal out of the oil tank.
As for the vent on the valve cover, there is no problem there and no reason to move that.

Yeah it's the vent that goes into the air box. It's towards the rear bumper side, behind the tube that goes into the turbo.
