Had this same issue with mine. Juat spent about 6 hours pressure testing, tightening hose clamps and doing a leak down. Finally got it to hold pressure and thing I have it figured out. Main clamps that were loose were; front heat exchanger, coolant bleeder block, and bottom of t-stat housing. Got the whole damn sled apart for it so I tightened every clamp in sight. Finally held the 16psi for a few hours.

might be for the best..LOL
Mine will lose a bit of coolant from time to time, but it’s only when it’s really cold like it was 2 weeks ago. It might lose an ounce or so, and drips out right below the overflow. Fast forward to last weekend, I rode about 250 miles in 3 days and hasn’t leaked a bit.

I have seen this on a few of mine also. I think we have found the problem. I will know in a few days if we can get some riding in.

When I pressure tested it, it was leaking up around the cap and thermostat. But until we get the sled out, we wont be sure. No other leaks showed up.

I wondered if it was over-boosting.. he did see 18 psi on the Stage 3 and 16 -17 on stage 2, and I thought that was odd.. but his exhaust is almost a straight thru design. I am going to check with Thunder and maybe see if there is an update on that tune package.

I dont want to be "Jonny Skeptical" BUT......I wondered if it was over-boosting
It seems when there are burn down/gasket problems on tunes, this tune comes up often.

My guess is the tune for sure caused the failure but there are a lot of factors that can go along with that failure.
