Has anyone used the JRE proto3 spindle kits on a phazer? The idea is interesting but wanted to hear firsthand from someone using it before i consider buying.

Same here. Probably fubr'd link.
I tried them and took them off because I was concerned over how close to ground the sled was at full bottom about even with chaincase. My rule has always been a 2x4 has to clear with bumpstops compressed and shocks fully bottomed. I have seen those that broke that rule break ankles. Sure well made and great idea but I just didnt want to take chance.
