With thermostat removed, put coolant in thermostat housing, bleed air from rear crossover pipe or heat exchanger which you should have with a turbo. Put in thermostat, fill to top. As for oil, you can apply a bit of air pressure to the tank with the turbo oil feed line off and ready to catch oil in a can to get it primed. Once you get oil there, take pressure off tank and install oil line to top of turbo and fire it up. Do you plan on running that on the trail? If so, what are you doing for a silencer? I thought the boondocker dumped right into the tunnel with a straight pipe. Could get a little annoying without a quiet exhaust. Mike Knapp#17
