1999 Polaris XCSP 500
Doesn't make sense. My 2011 Vector has EFI...needs a fuel pump to run, injectors to click, and spark plugs to spark. Where is the electrical power for all that coming from? And ironically, the three cylinder engine has more displacement than the 4 cylinder Apex engine.

You turn the key to RUN first and then pull. That turns everything on.
It could be the other way around between the 3 and 4 cyl engine. Like I said, haven't tried it yet.

Turning the key to run isn't going to supply any power. Pulling the engine over with a clutch strap is not very likely to generate enough power from the stator to actually run the fuel pump, injectors, sensors, and spark plugs. Maybe, but I'd have to see it to believe it.
