Its a good rulebut usually you can do exhuast or intake mods but not both without a fuel mod

My hindle has lean condition. So I am going to order the Hurricane intake and PCV today. So I think certain exhausts do need some sort of fuel controller.

you can sound cool with a exhaust or intake mods but you will never see noticable gains without doing some sort of fuel mods also
