License low side panel ?

If you partake in alcoholic refreshments this could be like a broken tail light-another excuse to stop and question.

I wonder what will they do if they feel it is not in the proper location?

1) tickle you to death?
2) cite you for improper location
3) cite you on something stupid and unrelated

That said, I do like the idea.

This is where I put mine, but I dont think theres room on the 15's with the decals where they are.

Screen shot from mn dnr site.

Anyone know the proper size the numbers need to be in mn? Pretty sure 1 7/8 or 2" and water crafts and boats are 3"? Can anyone confirm that? I couldn't find it when I looked?

The DNR issued validation decal must be placed to immediately
follow your registration numbers.
Numbers and letters must be:
• 1- 7/8” high
• 3/16” stroke width
• contrasting color of the snowmobile
• in the English language
• placed to read left to right.

That is what I found and read a week or two ago. So I proceeded to peel off my 3" numbers being they fit my area like #*$&@. So I got custom made ones 1-7/8.

Going to get duplicate dnr stickers soon cuz I lost one. Also doing OFT IP vent now with gauge relocate, custom hand made vent like mo-flo style (kinda) to custom fit my application and work in conjunction with IP vent.

So sled is all tore apart now. Will post pics of my sled reg numbers once all together.

I'm not trying to be a negative nancy, but it sucks getting pulled over for that when you clearly have it on there and they're hustling you about it... eats up your ride time. ;)!
I agree completely, I had a guy one year write me because one side was peeling, other side was fine, so he knew I was registered and owner etc. gave me a warning but took along time to do it.

the more I think the more I am going with replacing the GYTR Yamalube sticker with the License,

Mark
