Little help with missing hose

I was working on my steering which freezes up in the cold and pulled the fuse box and the board holding the MAP sensor and found one with nothing on it. Possibly atmosphere but I couldn't find any definitive answers. Is something supposed to be on this one?

Cool I was afraid I was missing something. Funny it goes right to the belly pan. Must be atmosphere pressure or temp???
