This is the best info. sight out there. I have gotten all the info. I've needed from this sight for working on my sled and keeping up with preventive maintenance. I'm trying to finish up a jackshaft bearing change and was wandering if anyone knew what the torque of the locking collar behind the bearing should be.

I'm not sure on the torque number but when I did mine I made sure that the collar was flush with the bearing on the secondary side and get it as tight as you can, it is a locking nut, better a bit tighter than if it comes loose on the trail, happened to someone I know, it wasn't a pretty sight,
I'm sure someone will answer with a torque #
