Just as the subject states, has anyone had issues with the life of a cut down 15" track? I'm strongly considering ordering a 15" track and cutting it down since there are a few good deals out there for them.

as long as you take your time then no, no issues. I've never cut a phazer track but I have done a few for AC sleds with the 13.5" track. I've always run a propane torch around the cuts to quickly melt up the cords so they look prettier, don't think it helps with durability though.

I cut a 144 X 1.75 Back Country down to 14.25 wide with no problems. Recommend you use NEW saw blade with a soapy water solutuion for lube and you have what ever track you want.
