I tried to do a search and couldnt find anything regarding the subject. I have an 06 Attak and my tunnel protectors are loose, I took off the seat and located the rivets holding the tunnel protectors secure. I am kinda stumped because looking at the rivets I dont see where they ever were tight to begin with because the hole where the rivet head would sit is much bigger than the rivet head itself... Has anyone seen this or does anyone have an answer?
3 apex's I took apart had the same problem. Rear rivets either blew a hole through the tunnel or they just broke through. I nut/bolted them so it won't happen again.

I am dealing with mine right now too.
I really don't like the rivets that Yamaha uses.
I've never seen so many work loose on a sled before.
