Loss of steering on phazer ??

My friend lost the steering on his phazer yesterday it will turn a little but is sloppy bad he cant see anything broke at all and has had update done has anyone else had this problem??

what year? 07? if so there is an update that should have been done.

shake your skis and look at the lower ball joints lol thats a real nice set up they have there, yamaha says its not a problem to issue a recall, i think not being able to steer is a pretty big problem lol, mines been done 3 times,

phaze5 check with ur dealer the ball joints have been adressed and there is an update avalible.

ball joints added as an 2009 update. new ones installed on friday.
