Lost Idler wheel

One of my idler wheels from the small wheel kit fell off on my last ride. I had the wheel mounted at the bend where most of the wear takes place. The kit was working great up until then so I would love to replace it without having to buy a new kit. does anyone sell both the wheel and the mounting piece?

I've had two sets of those on my sled, and the outer rubber fell off all of the wheels. They are too small, and spin way too fast to stay together. I've never seen them for sale individually. Not even on eBay.
