While having front suspension suspended, noticed both L/R lower inner control arm bushings with more play than i would like after 1 1300 mile season. Anybody else notice this, is this typical procross?????

I had the play at rear lower arm pivot with 1500 mi on. Also loose bolts front lower. Tightened and Loctited the bolts. The play hasn't gotten any worse with 6000 mi on. I suspect just a sloppy fit.

My 2012 cat had the same play with only 1000 miles also. Hard to get a decent front end alignment with THAT much slop. My solution was to make some custom delrin bushings to MY SPECS, she be tight now. Typical piss poor cat quality.

41 and 44, I also made some for # 5 also, thought those were a little too loose also.

Ok thats what i thought
Mine has about 1800 miles on it and is at home now. I will check it and let you know

Mine look fine.
No noticable or excessive play

Thanks for all you reply's, i have been so tied up with other things.

Here is my BITCH LIST:1 slop in a arm bushings
2 slop in steering post and lower linkage
3 slop in front shock bushings
4 had to use a hammer just to break loose adjusters for the coil springs
5 the heated seat switch in wrong spot, ice kept building up under rocker (one hell of a hot #*$&@ at times lol)
6 still the 15 fuel mapping not figured out ( start stall at times)
7 adjusting the rear coupled blocks is a joke on the trail
8 hard pack handling great, loose trail handling good luck without adjustments and spending MORE MONEY
9 fuel mileage not so great with sub par clutching

PROS 1 one fun sled to ride, harder you run it the better it preforms
2 seat position is spot on
3 no mechanical break downs
4 best na 4 stroke in the industry

Still very concerned with poor designed parts for longevity on the chassis side of things. I guess with a 5yr yes contract and a great dealer , time will tell.

I was messing with my skis and noticed a click in the front end. It seems my LH upper a-arm has some play in it. I cranked the bolt a little more, but it seems that maybe the sleeve bushing might be just a touch too long. It looks like the a-arm pinches to the sleeve. The sleeve rides in a receiver on the bulkhead, but I don't see what takes up the side play?

Noticed same thing. Shim would be best. One on each side. Note: I am not complaining this sled with over 6000mi bushing and bearing wise is MUCH tighter than recent Yamaha Apex,Nytro and Phazers I have worked on.
