Major BOG on landing....help!

an '04 Warrior should have the right float bowls , at least mine does ............still , this wouldn't cause the problem , the float bowl updates are to assure fuel supply when climbing steep grades . My floats were set too high from the factory on both my sleds (according to the factory manual ) .......I'd ck this first .

Check your tors.
If the ignition is cutting out a full throttle, it could be leaving the engine flooded on re-start (or when the ignition comes back on).

I think they also make longer main jets that stick further down into the bowl. Apparently some sleds were starving for fuel when at uneven angles. The longer main jets were suppose to prevent this.

This probably wouldn't affect your flooding issue, but might be something else you want to consider.

Check those O-rings around the mainjet that seals the jet to the bowl. They where all schredded and nagged on when I checked mine. Don't know if it has anything to do with bog-problem, but its worth a try.

Rules, my 03 does the same thing, other than it does not flood afterward. I have special main jets to make up for the float bowl problems, and diff carb springs as well. I am going to sync the carbs over the summer and see if that is the problem.
