i need some suggestions on clutch set up for a rx1 136" with a mc express turbo on 12 lbs of boost.
we race 660' and need a good solid set up.
the race track is like a hard pack groom trail.

Thanks :yam:

Being that your running a rear mount, 60 gram heavy hitters, 3/4 allen in heel, 7/16 bolt thick washer in middle, 3/8 bolt thick washer in tip, Dalton Green primary spring, stock 51-43 helix with Warrior white spring set on 3-3, this should get you real close, you can lightly power brake it on the line and leave pretty hard.

Good luck and let me know how that works.

Ted, it's a front mount so it'll spool up a bit faster.

We have a set of Heel Clicker II's (the new style, solid pins, don't worry), so what weight do you end up with total, per weight, with the set-up on the HH's like you mention? I should be able to duplicate it with the HC2's if I know the total weight per flyweight you recommend.

You have been doing some great work BTW, I have been lurking and reading a lot of your posts.

Also... what's the rate on that Dalton primary spring? Maybe I can simulate it from my pile of Yamaha/Arctic Cat springs I have here.

About 78 grams, believe me you won't be able to duplicate it with those weights, they act totally different.

The spring is 55-128 KG

Since you have a front mount you should get your hands on a set of Supertips they grab the belt much better and are very impressive on my front mount turbo.
