mcxpress boost dropping off. Please help;

I have the 310 kit. When accelerating, it gets to 10 lbs and drops off to 5. Did it friday ,and came out of it by its self. Ran good saturday. Now it is acting up again. Checked barametric sensor for water, none. Left hose off going to nipple on intercooler. Plugged nipple. No vacuum or exhaust leaks, not clutching. Any ideas? Thanks.
 
I dont know how they act when the header pipes break but I know they do break regularly :o|
 
Why do you have a boondocker box on a MCX turbo system?

I was under the impression the MCX injectors in intercooler setup was great?

mulot30th people were using the boondockers box to do some fine tunning on there mcx mapping without having to remap the hol efi controler.
 
Sounds to me like your throttlebody's have come loose........extact thing happened to a guy up boulder last weekend. It would get to about 10 then drop off. Everything looked tight till he took off the intercooler.
 
Thanks for the replys. I had my pipes crack before, And numerous times had the boots blow off until I removed all spacers on clamps. The sled runs good again. So I don't know what it was. Last time it acted up, next morning was fine. I added 2 washers to the turboxs blowoff valve. No not know what problem was. Hope it doesn't come back to haunt me again though.

Okay, I though the user could adjust the mcx controller by itself.

To remap the 06 controler you need to have the program for your PC but the new 07 controler has elevation adjustments and you can get a super sweet controler for the bars to adjust to what lbs of boost you want to run..

You have water in vacum system
when the machine is varm the pressure is ok
when the machine is standing outside in could
its not easy to start
 
I may have water but i have taken hose off ant tipped sled trying to drain. that was before the problems though. No codes . Now I removed 2 washers again, worried about blowing boots again. I will check for water again at barometer sensor.
 
So the broken header thing, is this for the rear mount? and are the 07 apex breaking? If I upgrade to T-Apex would like to know, and is there a fix?
