would anyone know where a bolt like this came from ? or does it look familiar? i moved my gas tank back a few inches to get bop rov bypass fitting in cover and herd it , was laying underneath tank in center, looks new no locktight on it , washer is built onto bolt and cant come off

yes ur rite! threds in perfectly! when i bought sled it did not have anything in there, i put a bop knob screw on, thank u sir!!
