Hey Guys,
I'm putting my mono back into my 06 Attak after a track change and am having trouble getting the front arm to line up with the front bolt holes in the tunnel. I cannot get the arm to go up into the brackets, its like the tunnel to too narrow. It slids up a little ways then binds and won't move. Any trick to this? Should the sled be on or off the lift? Any help would assist in my bride not having to explain to the neighbors why there is so much cussing coming from our garage.
Thanks as always.

Undo your limiter strap I find it helps a lot, install your front 1st then your rear...hope it helps.

Make sure your not hitting rivets. Should slide in nice unless you have a damaged/bent tunnel?

I undo my limiter strap, install the front 2 bolt/nuts. Then place a 4"x4" directly under the front idler wheel and lower the tunnel down and the rear bolt holes line up. I use a chain block to lift/ hold my rear end up, not a sled lift.

I just finished mine. It will hang up on some rivets while pushing the arm up into place to meet the mounting holes. I let my stand down partially so that I didn't have to raise the arm too much. Becareful that the plastic bushings for the front arm don't get caught either!

As far as the back I had to use every tip I found on here to get mine lined up. track loosened, limiter strap bottom bolts, unbolt rear transfer shock......

Absolutely Brutal!

I justput mine back in the other day, found that lowering the sled down onto the skid the rear bolts lined up so i put them in, took a rachet strap and sort of winched the front into position. I have an electric hoist in my garage mounted to the ceiling , makes it much easier to get the sled at just theright height.
Make sure your front arm bushings haven't slid out a little, they like to do that .
good luck
