I've seen that exact idler on a couple web sites but they all have a 6205. I ended up with a couple designed after the newer Doo style and just put them on tonight. I'm hoping to get one or maybe 2 more rides in to see how they hold up.20mm is 6004 i think

Go to barn of parts and check their site out.
They have the bearings listed for each sled.
Just select your model and read on.

If you get the idlers off a 2017-2018 winder their slightly bigger and tougher
Hey, this is Todd from JT products. They for sure will fit your inner skid. They fit all the cat models back to the 90s. As long as you don’t have a loose studs and it sounds like you don’t, you won’t have any issues. Our super duty idlers come with the much larger 6304 bearings. We have thousands of these wheels in action including my group of many 998’s. Right now we have the Summer Sucks Sale going on and they're on sale at $38 each. Can someone confirm that JT wheels will fit the inner idler position now?I am trying to find a wheel that'll last with studs. The last 2 inner skid wheels lasted 145 miles and they are now destroyed.I've tightened the studs twice now,to the point I'm thinking the aluminum nuts are at their max before stripping out.I'm leaning towards a Kimpex wheel with a thick rubber tire but the choices with a 6004 bearing are not as plentiful as hoped.I checked some threads on the JT wheels and am not sure if they have ones that fit the inner position on the ProCross skid.

I have a 17 XTX and have had to replace the rear inner wheels 4 times, twice before it was even studded! So if there is a better wheel out there I would like to know.I don't run studs and the rubber ring started to come apart on several of my 2017 wheels. Started to separate from the plastic centers. JT wheels are a very hard plastic.
Yes, JT’s Heavy duty trihub replacement. Buy it once and be done. I believe it’s about the same price as OEM if you need an axle. The JT kit has the larger diameter axle and the billet end pieces that hold the axle in place. Replaces the brittle pot metal ones. Also uses the Avid heavy duty wheels with the much larger 6205 bearings. This is a trouble fee maintenancefree unit for at least five years. Bearings that come in the Trihub kits and the Stealth kits use a low temp grease for this application and are about 75% full, unlike any other bearings. Right now the price has been reduced on this kit for the summer sucks sale.I have a 17 XTX and have had to replace the rear inner wheels 4 times, twice before it was even studded! So if there is a better wheel out there I would like to know.

Mine is on the way. I went with the 2 front inner idlers and a new rear wheel set up. I am always blowing out the front inner wheels.
