Are the apex mountain skis the same as SLP powder pros? If so, anyone try them yet on there 121" apex's? I had a set of PP's on my prior F7 and really liked them, just wondering how they'de work on the RTX.
This is off topic but I have to ask. Was that you that did not make it water skipping in your avatar?

LOL! No, it happened years ago when a water pipe needed to go accross the lake, they had put up orange fencing and some guy comes along thinking he could skip accross...divers were still there from working and helped the guy out before he got in trouble with the EPA. Total moron!

Yes you do. The divers and crane operater were yelling at the guy as he moved the fence and gave it his all...didn't go vey far! This was in 89' or early 90's.
I am not sure if the Apex mountian skis are the same as the 05 mountains but I am guessing they are. I have the 05 mountain skis on both my sleds and on the 04 they made a night and day difference. I have them shimmed now as well but have not test ridden them yet. From what I have been reading the a lot of people are happy with the Yamaha mountain skis.
