You bet ya! You build it and they will come. Since my shop is located in up north, a lot of my customers were looking for long tracks. So, we built what yamaha didn't, a mountain viper. This thing is gonna be awesome, feels great and with a zbros 38" front end installed it's a piece of cake to get on it's side. Should have it on a scale this week. Here's a quick pic

Ohhh so sweet, this is what we need. had they had this option I would have bought one!

That is soooooo sexy I am going to ride my 141" xtx 1 yr and then strecth it this coming summer (if it ever gets here)

I had read that the XTX is 502 dry weight? If that is true that would be very easy to get the machine under 480lbs dry with just a battery and exhaust.

didn't your mother ever tell you not to believe everything you read?

My Rx-1 was listed at 575 I think and weghed at a truck stop was over 700 wet

58 pounds lighter than a Nytro (use whatever wet or 2 gal or whatever still the same 58lbs)

I'll have numbers up Ina hour or so, with pics of course. I think it will be 550 or so

Hey Drew - Saw a small blurb in one of the snow rags on you and Ricky and your record speed run on water ... said that Nytro was making close to 430 hp on nitrous (that true?!). INSANE. Not trying to hijack this thread, just wanted to congratulate you guys on knocking down yet another record ... and on a Yamaha no less. ;)!

So here it is, stock xtx vs a stretched xtx with a zbros front end and 162.

Both have a gallon of fuel, all liquids and 8 pounds in straps. So minus 8lbs Of straps and that's your number. Going to weigh a stock nytro mtx now.

will be interesting to see the difference between the 2. great post

With all the nitrous and boost(24psi) it was in that ball park. The record was a lot if fun and it took a kit if HP!!

So here is a stock nytro mtn, it's 592, almost a 40lb difference.

Same scale, same day, same amount of fuel.
