we have been very busy we have our 6 PSI turbo kit ready for sale and have our NEW 280 plus kit just about done, and came up to a another issue to address, seems like no one has ran into this yet but if you just plug where the stock internal regulator is you will loose the cleaver way Yamaha was using to keep the surge tank full.
So if you want to turbo charge your SR VIPER past the 6 pounds your going to need to runs a external FUEL PRESSURE regulator kit and that brings a new problem Yamaha are very clever and when designing the fuel system they made a mini SURGE tank and used the internal REGULATOR to create a vacuum to pull the extra fuel need into the mini tank (see in our video) well if you just put the plug in the cap (as other turbo retailer are doing) you loose the fuel pick up.. so in that case your adding a BIGGER pump to help flow more fuel and guess what unless your tank is full you will have fuel starvation issues and we all know what that may cause... NO worries OSP has come up with the solution, we have a BIG PUMP kit with our OSP cap that will allows you to run a big pump and external rising rate fuel pressure regulator and keep your surge tank full at all times up hills down hill and hard acceleration with very low fuel levels

I have the 6# kit from here. Great workmanship and great product. First ride next week in Colorado.
Awesome! Thanks for taking time to make that video. Great to hear machine tools working in background also. Like to buy right from the manufacturer.
