So I ordered part #90386-20001-00 which is number 6 on the diagram because mine were missing and went to put them in but realized that they wouldn't fit. On my set up I don't have the shaft #5 or the washers #7. What I have are two solid metal bushing that kind of look like #43. The bolt (#8) threads into the bushings. Is this the way it was on the '07 or did the previous owner customize?

The 2007s should have a shaft set up like the parts diagram.
Can you get pictures of you're skid so we can have a better understanding of what's going on?

I have the skid all back together but I'm thinking the previous owner swapped something else in. If I kept it the way he has it there is no support for the pivot arm #1 and the top of the rail would be unsupported. I'm finding all sorts of weird and wonderful thing with the skid from the wrong bolts to missing bushings but I'm almost done. I'll take a few pictures after I install the right parts.

There were SOO many iterations of that suspension the first year it's tough to tell.
The diagram you've posted is of the first release, highlighted by a thru shaft and an un-braced front pivot arm in addition to the now infamous 'Link'
The set up you have pictured in your other post is more akin to the 08+ set up.
No worries; the previous owner had the updates done to the skid.
