Hello everyone,

I just wanted to say hi to all now that I picked up an '07 Apex Mountain. I wasnt going to get back into sledding, but my local dealer here in Roslyn offered me a deal I couldnt pass up. I now feel as though I stole it, seeing what these sleds actually go for! Truthfully, I dont know a whole lot about sleds. But I ALWAYS have the maintenance done.

Ive only been into sleds for 3 years. Two different brands, both new, and they both were unreliable nightmares even though I am only but a novice rider. I decided to get back into sleds again, but this time, go for the bullet proof 4-stroke. One thing it seems all the other brand loyal guys DO agree on, is that these sleds are super reliable ;)

Anyway, Im pretty pumped. I feel like Ive made a good decision THIS time, and am also stoked to have found this forum. Tons of information on here! Wow!

Jacobsen "roll over" kit? This seems like the most important initial mod to me? NEVER would have thought about motor oil going everywhere?!!!

Welcome to the four-stroke sled world and TY.The roll-over kit is must for an active sled rider(going to install a yamaha kit on my brothers nytro soon).

Congrats on the purchase Berg, I'm sure you will like it.
The quality of these sleds is as good a reason as any to buy one, and they don't depreciate as much as the 2-smokes do either.

X2 on the depreciation, these hold there value really well!!! Most reliable, bullet proof motor out there!!!!! They definitely have a few maintenance concerns that need to be addressed but then again, every sled does! Welcome aboard & enjoy your new ride!! :-o

great buy you wont be disappointed ! I rode a couple last year and had to have one ! ;)!

I hope the picture worked?

Thanks! It only has 900 miles on it.

Only one scratch on the right side!!
An older gentleman owned it and traded it in at our local shop.

Beautiful sled Berg. It looks like you've been busy with the windex and polish.
You will be amazed at the consistent torque on that thing, and the only challenge will be finding a straight away long enough to give more than a 10 second WOT.

Sled look great, you are going to love it!! The performance and reliability is awesome....

Why is the stripe in the middle of the seat, that typically means its a trail seat and much softer then the mtx seat which has a stripe on the bottom? Did the old guy swap out seats for a softy?

Very clean. Lots of mods available to shave 80lbs or so and make them a little more flickable. Warning once you start you cant stop LOL
