Just got back from a weekend trip. I never paid much attention before but this trip I did notice that it was very drafty. So much so that I have a nice quarter sized welt on my cheek from frostbite..

make sure you have the little flap in the front on the bottom of the chin piece with the 2 magnets in it,i also use the big black cold weather piece that goes around the face piece,it is kind of a pain but once your used to using it and learn how to tuck in into helmet good it block another 75 % o the draft,i actually siliconed shut the visor on my mod 1 cause it wouldnt seal well,my mod2 is great if i use the flap and the face piece,also i dont use the skidoo pads that go into the mouth piece i use gerber brand NUK ultra thin nursing pads,tried the other kinds and by far these are the best,evrytime you stop throw a new one in ,i think it cost about 5 bucks for 60 of them,i use about 5 or 6 on a days ride
